Our membership plan comes with a yearly cost, which increases with every system you add to the plan. For larger homes or multi-home properties, we can bundle your systems together in one discounted plan that saves money every year.
But it’s not just about the initial cost. Maintenance reduces the need for repairs, which can be very expensive. Maintenance practically pays for itself when repairs are avoided and the system runs smoothly for years on end.
Why does maintenance come with perks?

When should I schedule a maintenance appointment?
We recommend scheduling maintenance in the fall or spring, when demand for service is low and we can plan around your schedule. If you’ve got a singular air conditioner or furnace, these only need maintenance once a year since they only work for some of the seasons. For a heat pump or a ductless mini split system, we recommend maintenance twice a year, since these units work all year round.
